We are sisters, notary publics, and excited to help you with all of your notary needs. We provide in person notary services for Central Texas – including Austin, San Antonio and all towns in between. We also are able to provide Notary Public services online! We look forward to providing you with excellent and prompt service!
SERVICES PROVIDED:
In-Person Notary:
General Notarization: $60 fee and $6 per document, $1 per additional signature per document
(General Notarization includes Affidavits, Oaths, Acknowledgements, Protests, and any other miscellaneous documents not including a Will, Real Estate Closing or a Deposition)
Real Estate Closing: Starts at $200
Will Signings: Starts at $75
Depositions: $80/hr
Copies and Scanning: $1/page
Document delivery to shipping location: $30
Envelopes and stamps: starting at $2
OnLine Notary Services:
All Documents Starting at $95
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Travel Fees up to 25 miles: $60
Travel Fees over 30 miles: $60 + $1 per extra mile
After 8pm Fees: Extra $30
TOTAL FEES: Notary Fee (based on document type) +Travel (if needed) +Additional Fees= Total Cost
